I am a huge fan of having smoothies for breakfast, snacks, lunch or whenever. It’s an easy way to get a ton of veggies and fruits into your diet. The key is to have a good blender, I use a blendtec.

Ingredients: Frozen organic blueberries and strawberries. Banana. Kale. Carrots. Plain Greek yogurt. Cashew milk. Chia seeds. Honey. Cinnamon.
